This application is designed exclusively for use by physicians and is not intended to facilitate clinical decision-making. It is important to note that the clinical efficacy of the two predictive models has yet to be validated. Instead, this app serves as an informational resource aimed at enhancing the predictive capabilities of medical professionals.

The application offers two types of predictions:

• RPS: Estimates for 5-year overall survival (OS) and 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) in patients with primary resected retroperitoneal sarcoma (RPS).
• STS: Predictions for 5- and 10-year overall survival (OS) and cumulative incidence of distant metastasis (CCI of DM) in patients with primary resected extremity soft tissue sarcoma (STS).
